How many children do you have?

How many children do you care for on a daily basis? These children are clothed, fed, entertained, tucked in and very very loved!

RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!

Not sure how it got started, but the little scoops love to RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!! It involves screaming, slow motion "running" and repeated chanting of the RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!! theme song!

Ice Storm 2007

My mom sent some pictures from their house and neighborhood of the devastating ice storm they have endured. T's brother and sister in law have been without power since Jan. 13. Can you imagine living with just a generator for that long with three little kids!! The downed transformer in this picture is the reason they are stil without power. My parents were without power for 8 days.
It was described as a beautiful war zone.

SuperDogs Earn their Keep!

Molly and Dora pulled the little scoops around the neighborhood, over embankments, through yards, uphill and downhill all at lightning speeds! Hopefully, video coming soon! The dogs loved it and even when we took them in for a rest they barked to be back with us! It was really a sight to see! Scoopette decided it was too fast for her, while Little Scoop let them take him all the way to the pool and back!

LOVE my TUTU!! Love Julia! Love necklaces, stuffed animals, dancing, dancing skirts, purses, music, spinning around, pretending to be a princess, dress up, basically, love being a girl!

Life is RUFF! Did they have a hard day at the office?

My funny little Valentine models her "sparkle shirt" with a long lost hat and delights over her Valentines from last year! Ah, all the things you will find when cleaning out your closet!

Before the party got too crazy, Oliver and Sadie rang in the new year with donut holes, party hats and ah, the treat, sparkling Sprite. (You are supposed to eat something round on New Years, right?) They also treated their bears to a "train ride." Notice the bears are even celebrating!

In college, I had a very similar picture of L and M in the tub. It was a favorite on our refrigerator photo album! If I were an organized person, I would find that picture and frame it with this one of my little cherubs covered in bubbles!

Santa's elves made us this wonderful easel! We would be happy to send you one of our masterpieces. They are plentiful!

Happy Birthday party at TUNNEL TOWN! So much fun!
We are so excited about our big outing- we ended up there for 6 hours! Does mom get a gold star for that?? or two?

Did you know I love CARS- The Movie? AA and UJ took me to see it, I asked Santa for a racetrack (got it), Daddy surprised me with these slippers, Grandma Cindy got me this hat last summer and then I had a "money card" for the bookstore and check out the book I found! Did I mention that my birthday party theme is CARS??

Thank you Uncle Davis and Aunt Kit for this wonderful addition to the cabin! After lamenting the fact that you cannot buy a porch swing in December, UD and AK found this treasure at the farm supply store. (What were you doing there, anyway!)

Have we mentioned Dora?

Dora was showered with attention over the long MLKJr. weekend. The long weekend afforded us plenty of pajama time, time to make tents out of blankets and time to teach young dogs new tricks.
Pictured here, Oliver and Sadie make Dora and Molly a special place to sleep in the living room. The kids didn't want them on the couch where they were having an extended snow day visit with Noggin TV- all preschool TV all the time. The dogs couldn't sit or sleep on their beds due to the fact that they ate them.
