Happy April Fool's Day Sadie Style!

"Holiday April Fool's Day

I made my dads and my brothers lunch and I put plastic food in it and my brother signed (in) on brought lunch."

Sadie pulled off the ultimate April Fool's Day prank today! She packed a lunch for Oliver and Trafton in a paper lunch sack (including their names!) She put the "lunches" in Oliver's backpack and told them she made their lunch.

Now, lets think about this. She has never made their lunch before and they didn't even check it! They just took off for school (Trafton spent the day with us today -see below.)

Oliver "signed in" in his classroom that he was a "brought lunch." Then, he went to the lunch table opened up and found his surprise! And, his dad did the same!! I guess the lunch ladies got quite a kick out of serving them a hot lunch after that!

Trafton spent the day at our school today. There is a program for "Dads of Great Students" to spend the day assisting in the classrooms, playground and lunchroom. Trafton had plenty of places to split his time today! Look at the pride in their faces! Pretty fun to have our entire family in one spot today! He got to see a "day in the life" of all of us!
